What happens when we fall off the plan? What about set backs? How do we speak to ourselves? How do we speak to others when they mess up? Is it met with an avalanche of condemnation and shame or a refreshing waterfall of grace for thirsty, hurting heart? Most of the time, we do a good enough job of beating ourselves up. We don't need someone to tell us what we did wrong. We need someone to help us to gently remind of the goal and begin again. That's it. Make some adjustments and begin again. Grace like a waterfall....one that refreshes and renews...a life force to propel us forward with a new strength!
